Meet freshman Michael Knight who just completed his first semester at The University of Oklahoma after attending Crooked Oak where he was enrolled in professor Paul Ketchum’s program.
“I personally believe I wouldn’t be here without the program,” said Knight. “During my junior year of high school, I didn’t know if I would go to college. After I joined the class, my expectations changed and I am proud to be the first in my family to attend college.”
You can help students like Michael make college a reality by contributing or by sharing this link with your friends and family thousandsstrong.ou.edu/crookedoak2ou.
It has been just over a week and we are on our way to matching our goal! Your contribution is so incredibly appreciated.
Last week, the students from Crooked Oak High School had the opportunity to visit the OU campus. While they were here they went to the Western History Collection and in the afternoon they joined the Presidential Dream Course "After Charlottesville: Race and Nation in American History and Memory" public lecture.
