Over the last 90 years, tens of thousands of educators have graduated from OU’s college of education. It is amazing to marvel how many students those educators have gone on to teach and mentor at all levels – early childhood, elementary, secondary, higher education, and adult education.
The Jeannine Rainbolt College of Education is marking its 90th anniversary by looking to the future – what does the next 90 years look like in education? What can we do today which will positively impact what our world looks like in 2109?
We invite you to join us in marking this milestone and creating an even brighter future by making a celebratory gift to the Jeannine Rainbolt College of Education’s 90th Anniversary Fund. Your gift to this fund will directly impact students like Toronzo as we surround our students with scholarship support, outstanding faculty who mentor and teach, student organizations, and fantastic internship experiences which give students in-person experience before leading their own classrooms.
Everyone who makes a gift to the 90th Anniversary Fund will receive a commemorative pennant. Those who give at the anniversary level of $90 or more will have their pennant hung in Collings Hall, home of the Jeannine Rainbolt College of Education, throughout the rest of 2019. We hope to fill the walls of Collings Hall with donor pennants to show support for our current students and inspire them in their journey of moving education forward for the next 90 years. After the conclusion of the 90th anniversary year, pennants will be mailed to the donors.
