GD17 Atmospheric and Geographic Sciences

Who we are:

The College of Atmospheric and Geographic Sciences boasts some of OU's top programs and brightest students. The School of Meteorology is generally considered the top program of its kind in the country, while the Department of Geography and Environmental Sustainability is not only one of the fastest-growing units on campus, but also boasts a curriculum of significance to every person on the planet.

How you can help:

Throughout our 24 hour campaign, our goal is to raise as many scholarships as we can for our students. With great rankings come great responsibility, and the college will continue to attract tomorrow's top scientists from around the world. In recruiting these talented young individuals, the ability to provide scholarship money is of the utmost importance. OU is almost always a consideration when meteorologists and geographers begin the college selection process, and an important piece in their final decision is the amount of their scholarship. As a donor, you hold a piece in moving the needle on our college. Our strength is in our people, and increased scholarship funding allows the best of best to make OU Atmospheric and Geographic Sciences their final selection.

Thank you:

Thank you for your support and generosity! You have truly helped take a huge financial burden off of our students. Please share our campaign page on your social media and with your friends and family. We appreciate our college family and friends - you are a huge part of our success and continue to thrust the college to the highest heights!
