This past year, students at the OU College of Law completed a record 24,024 hours of pro bono service. The Amicus Society supports the College of Law’s mission of service by providing fellowship funding to students who secure public interest positions over the summer.
In 2017-2018, $94,000 was awarded in pro bono and public interest fellowships. Students served organizations that support public education, child advocacy, immigration services and countless other areas of need. The generosity of those who support the Amicus Society influences not just OU Law students but the communities they serve.
To join the Amicus Society, we ask for a $500 contribution.
Thank you to our alumni, students, faculty, staff and friends for making OU Law’s Giving Day a huge success! We were thrilled Coach Stoops dunked our Dean, helping raise awareness for our Day of Giving!
