The Graduate College of the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center (OUHSC) is the educational center for training of world-class biomedical researchers. The OUHSC Graduate College is committed to training the next generation of biomedical researchers who will identify the basis of human diseases and develop the means to translate these findings into clinical applications to prevent and treat disease. OUHSC is focused on research in the areas of cancer and tobacco use and prevention, diabetes and metabolic and vascular disease, immunology and infectious diseases, geroscience, and neuroscience/vision.


The Graduate College grants Master of Science (MS) and Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degrees and is home to over 250 students enrolled in 32 nationally and internationally recognized MS and PhD research-based programs housed in graduate departments located in all six professional colleges on the OUHSC campus.
